Chad was a successful sales and marketing director for a material handling company prior to launching Price Capital. Chad's sales background aids Price Capital in cultivating long-term relationships with debt lenders, whom the company relies on for attractive loan terms. He is in charge of generating deal flow, underwriting deal feasibility, sourcing funding, and expanding the team's broker network so they can get first looks at the most recent off-market possibilities. Chad's leadership abilities are critical in developing Price Capital's "big picture" vision and staying on track toward the inevitable achievement of the company’s goals.
